Problem:
Long time customer Tech-Con Automation needed a custom enclosure for one of their specialized waterjet robotic units. The enclosure and robotic unit needed first to be constructed in Tech-Con Automation’s Canadian plant, then later disassembled and shipped to Mexico where it could easily be reconstructed.
Solution:
Provincial Partitions patented ProWall™ paneling system provided the perfect solution. The modular components of the PROWALL™ system made assembly and disassembly a “snap”.
Tech-Con Automation has had multiple orders with Provincial Partitions and have used the modular PROWALL™ enclosures for their waterjet robotics with great success. Each factory built enclosure is constructed to precise dimensions and easily assembled, disassembled and paletted for shipping (see inset photo above). The PROWALL™ panel system is suitable for many applications and many environments. Wall and roof panels are available in 2″ through 10″ thicknesses and panel heights up to 50 feet high in one continuous panel. They are also available from R8 to R40 insulation ratings and in 1 hour, 2 hour and 3 hour fire rated assemblies.
